I use Squarespace Email Campaigns to manage my mailing list and send these emails.
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. You can unsubscribe at any time. Squarespace confirms that its campaigns include an unsubscribe link and that unsubscribing removes the person's name and email address from the relevant mailing lists.
Orders and payments
When you buy a painting or print through this website, information such as your name, email address, billing and delivery details and order information is used to process and fulfil the order.
I use Squarespace Payments to process card and other supported payments through this website. Squarespace Payments uses Stripe for payment processing and Sift for fraud monitoring and detection. These providers may receive and process personal information in accordance with their own privacy policies.
I also offer PayPal as an alternative payment method. If you choose to pay using PayPal, your payment information is processed by PayPal in accordance with PayPal's privacy policy.
I do not have access to or retain your full payment-card details.
Contact enquiries
If you contact me through the website, I use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, to keep a record of the correspondence.
I do not use information from enquiries for marketing unless you have separately agreed to receive marketing communications.
