Pedal to Post shows a cyclist on a journey to the post office. I developed the image from observations of everyday street life, simplifying the figure and surroundings into a compact composition.
I made the print using the three-colour reduction linocut process, in which the same block is carved further for each successive colour. Each impression is printed by hand, then signed, titled and numbered in pencil.
The print is supplied unframed and securely packaged for tracked and insured delivery.
